TECHNICAL RUNNING SHOES More than just a shoe...

Each shoe is different and built according to the needs of the runner. There are shoes for heavy and light weights, for each foot type, for each gait. Forty percent of all running injuries are caused by wearing the wrong type of shoe. When buying running shoes many factors must be taken into account.

How do we choose your running shoes?

1
Running or walking analysis

With every shoe advice we offer a Footscan® analysis. During this scientific analysis you run or walk barefoot over a 2-meter plate. While doing this, 16.384 very high frequency sensors (500 frames per second) measure the pressure variation of the foot. Simultaneously, the movement is filmed. Based on these measurement results, our experienced analysts determine your foot type and recommend the correct type of running shoes.

2
Advising a shoe that matches with your needs

our range includes a large selection of quality running shoes (price between €115 and €170 ). New developments in the footwear industry are closely monitored and tested.

Based on the analysis the most appropriate shoes are advised to avoid injury and to provide a good fit.

3
Testing the recommended shoes

The presented models are compared using the Footscan® and camera. Together with the customer we look for the best combination of support and fitting comfort.

4
Adjusting the shoes to your needs

If necessary, the existing insole can be adapted to the personal needs of the runner to offer extra support or better symmetry. The adjustments can be carried out immediately or in a later stage should problems occur. This is a free service!
